    Tips for Success

    Use a Clear Name

Use your official property name that guests will recognize. Avoid abbreviations or internal codes.

    Verify Your Timezone

Double-check the timezone is correct. Wrong timezones lead to booking confusion and unhappy guests.

    Add a Professional Logo

A high-quality logo builds trust with guests and makes your widget look polished and professional.

    Troubleshooting

    I can't add another property

Each plan has a limit on the number of properties you can add:

    • Free: 1 property
    • Starter: 3 properties
    • Professional: 10 properties
    • Enterprise: Unlimited properties

To add more properties, upgrade your plan or contact us for enterprise options.

    My timezone is wrong

    To update your property's timezone:

    1. Go to Dashboard → Properties
    2. Click on your property to open settings
    3. Navigate to the Location tab
    4. Select the correct timezone from the dropdown
    5. Click Save Changes

Changing the timezone will affect all future bookings. Existing bookings will keep their original times.

    My logo isn't displaying correctly

For best results, your logo should be:

    • PNG or JPG format
    • At least 200x200 pixels
    • Square or horizontal orientation
    • Less than 2MB file size
    • Transparent background (PNG) works best
