Understanding Plan Limits
Each plan has limits on resources like properties, bookings, and team members. Here's how limits work and what happens when you reach them.
Your Bookings Are Safe
We will never cancel or interrupt a guest's existing booking due to plan limits. Limits only affect your ability to create new resources—existing bookings always proceed as normal.
Limits by Plan
Compare resource limits across all plan tiers.
| Limit | Free | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Properties | 1 | 3 | 10 | ∞ |
Bookings per Month | 20 | 200 | 1,000 | ∞ |
Experiences per Property | 5 | 20 | ∞ | ∞ |
Team Members | 1 | 3 | 10 | ∞ |
API Calls per Month | 1,000 | 5,000 | 50,000 | ∞ |
Storage | 1 GB | 5 GB | 25 GB | 100 GB |
∞ = Unlimited. Professional is the most popular choice for growing hotel groups.
What Each Limit Means
A detailed breakdown of each limit and how it affects your usage.
Properties
Physical hotel locations or properties you can manage
Each property has its own settings, experiences, and booking widget. Multi-property organizations can manage all locations from a single dashboard.
Bookings per Month
Total guest bookings processed across all properties
This includes all completed bookings made through your widget. Cancelled bookings don't count against your limit. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
Experiences per Property
Number of bookable experiences you can create per property
This is a per-property limit. If you have 3 properties on Starter (20 exp/property), you can have up to 60 total experiences across all properties.
Team Members
Users who can access your organization dashboard
Team members can be assigned different roles (Owner, Admin, Member) with varying permission levels. The owner always counts as one user.
API Calls per Month
Requests to our public API for integrations
This applies to the public API only. Dashboard usage and widget requests don't count. Useful for custom integrations and PMS connections.
Storage
Space for images, media, and uploaded files
Used for experience photos, property images, and uploaded documents. Images are automatically optimized to reduce storage usage.
Approaching Your Limits
We'll warn you before you hit a limit so you can take action.
80% Warning
When you reach 80% of any limit, you'll see a warning banner in your dashboard and receive an email notification.
How You're Notified
- Dashboard banner with usage details
- Email to organization admins
- Usage summary in billing page

When You Reach a Limit
Here's exactly what happens when you hit 100% of a limit.
Properties
You won't be able to add new properties until you upgrade or remove an existing one.
Bookings per Month
New bookings will be blocked until the limit resets or you upgrade. Existing bookings are never affected.
Experiences per Property
You won't be able to create new experiences at that property. Consider archiving unused experiences.
Team Members
You won't be able to invite new team members until you upgrade or remove existing members.
API Calls per Month
API requests will return a 429 rate limit error until the limit resets. Dashboard access continues normally.
Storage
You won't be able to upload new images until you free up space or upgrade.
Existing Resources Are Protected
Reaching a limit only prevents creating new resources. Your existing bookings, experiences, team members, and data are never affected. Guests can still complete their bookings normally.
When Limits Reset
Monthly Limits
Bookings and API calls reset to zero on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.
You'll see your new billing period start date in your dashboard.
Static Limits
Properties, experiences, team members, and storage don't reset—they're based on current usage.
Remove or archive items to free up space within these limits.
