    Content Standards

    Experience Listings

    When creating experience listings, you must:

    • Provide accurate descriptions of the experience
    • Display current and honest pricing
    • Include accurate availability information
    • Use only images you have the right to use
    • Clearly disclose any requirements, restrictions, or risks
    • Comply with all applicable safety regulations

    Booking Integrity

    To maintain the integrity of our booking system, you must not:

    • Make false or fraudulent bookings
    • Create fake reviews or ratings
    • Manipulate availability to inflate demand
    • Engage in price manipulation or price gouging
    • Accept bookings you cannot fulfill
    • Systematically cancel bookings to avoid fees
    • Circumvent the platform to avoid transaction fees

    Security

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • Using strong, unique passwords
    • Reporting any suspected security breaches immediately
    • Keeping your contact information up to date
    • Logging out from shared devices

    Enforcement

    We take violations of this policy seriously and may take action including:

    • Warning the account holder
    • Removing content that violates this policy
    • Temporarily suspending access to the Services
    • Permanently terminating accounts
    • Reporting violations to law enforcement
    • Taking legal action to protect our rights and the rights of others

    We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this policy and to take appropriate action in our sole discretion.

    Reporting Violations

    If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@experiencelocal.io. Your report should include:

    • A description of the violation
    • The account or content involved (if applicable)
    • Any evidence supporting your report
    • Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)

    We will review all reports and take appropriate action. We may not be able to disclose the specific actions taken due to privacy and legal considerations.
